3613493 - PPF actions are not triggered after creating custom PPF Action Profile as a copy of a standard, leading to queue errors

Symptom

  • A custom PPF Action Profile for EWM Outbound Delivery Order (Document Category PDO) was defined in transaction SPPFCADM > Define Action Profile and Actions.

  • Stock removal with batch splits being performed in EWM.
  • Only Goods Issue action creates the batch split items items in ERP.
  • After Goods Issue Reversal in EWM, ERP processes this update.
  • After performing a Cancellation of Picking in EWM, the system does not send updates about deleted Batch Split items to ERP. This is leading to unfinished deliveries on ERP side if quantity in EWM for main items are adjusted to zero quantity with process codes, because system cannot process the Zero Goods Issue message properly.
