3613608 - SE24: Message OO_SOURCE_BASED103 is raised in Class Builder after upgrade to SAP Release 2023

When accessing transaction SE24 after upgrading to SAP Release 2023, the message OO_SOURCE_BASED103 is displayed after opening a Class with the form-based Class Builder .

The error message states: 'Modifications are not supported by the source-based Class Builder'.

Diagnosis
You have selected the source-based Class Builder in your user Settings (Utilities->Settings...->Class Builder) as your default tool.

It is not possible to modify classes or interfaces using the source-based Class Builder.

System Response
The form-based Class Builder will be opened for the class or the interface.

Procedure
You can edit the class in the form-based Class Builder.

However, upon checking in SE24 > Utilities > Settings > The 'Source Code-Based Class Builder' setting is not checked.
