3613789 - Pipeline error messages not attached to status emails for certain file types in Incentive Management XDL

• Customer reported that some standard file types (PLQU and CLCC, for example) do not contain error reports attached in Status emails, while others (TXDE, PLMC, CLGC) do.
• If the file processed Successful with failures, the file types email does not have the folder attached with the log.
• If the file fails, the log file is attached in the email.
