3613836 - Images are missing from the Offer Letter in Recruiting - Recruiting Management

This KBA describes a known issue where the images hosted or embedded in the offer letter templates are not rendering when sent via PDF or Online Offer or Online Offer Esignature.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management  

• First issue: Go to Admin Center > Manage Offer Letter Templates > Select the template > Select the image > Go to Insert / Edit image, you will see the full URL of the image. Note: You will not see any extension like .jpg or .png.
  Sample: https://datacenter.successfactors.com/imagename/xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx
• Second issue: The difference on the 'Insert / Edit image' URL versus the source code.
  The 'insert / edit image' shows the full hosted url with domain details, while the source is only showing: <img src="/imagename/xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx">.

This issue is addressed in a patch released on M2506 (03-Jun-25 Preview) (05-Jun-25 Production).

Note: Embedded images (from drag and drop or ad hoc upload) and hosted images should both render. As for signatures and logos that are used frequently in your email templates, please request Support to host them.
