3613887 - The behavior of Knowledge Base Article versions when multiple users are editing in wokrZone

• If a user creates a draft version of a knowledge base article (KBA), but at the same time another user (or an alias account) creates and publish a new version of this KBA, when the user publishes the draft version it overwrites the one published by the alias account. 
• Is it expected that a KBA does not get block when there is a draft made by an user?
• If I edit and publish a KBA over an existing draft, does it get overwritten?
