3614135 - Duplicate Record Error received when submit MPH - Onboarding

Symptom

In Manage Pending Hires, when the customer submits the data for users, they get duplicate record errors such as :

  • "There is already a hire record for user 12345."
  • "There are duplicate records with the same value for the following fields: Sequence Number, User ID. Compare them and remove the one you don’t need."
