The following error is shown when the responsible user submits MPH : "There are duplicate records with the same value for the following fields: Sequence Number, User ID. Compare them and remove the one you don’t need."

Workaround
Kindly create a ticket with the component LOD-SF-OBX-EC, we will run a script to delete the duplicate entry and identify the business rule which is causing the duplicate entry within the database.
