3614163 - HANA database doesn't start up in the new primary site after takeover in MCOS environment.

• Two HANA database instances are running on the same host with different instance numbers in high isolation mode(MCOS).
  • One is HA1 with instance number 00, while the other is HA2 with instance number 20.
    
    
    
    
• After performing a takeover in the secondary site(New primary), indexserver in HA2 HANA instance got failed due to port conflict as below.
