• Some of topics are not available during Outbound Binding creation in the Topics Identifier result list (based on the system resources number of available topics could be different).
  AND
• No new entry could be generated in the internal table of active CPIC connections. Maybe he table is full. Check the parameter rdisp/max_comm_entries. - error is visible in SM21 transaction.
