3614218 - Synchronization between SAP SuccessFactors System "xyz" and SAP Event Hub System "abc-integration-dev-defgh" has failed

You are setting up an integration between your SAP SuccessFactors System and SAP Event Hub and are receiving an error similar to the following:

• Synchronization between SAP SuccessFactors System "xyz" and SAP Event Broker System "abc-integration-dev-defgh" has failed. SAP Event Broker System "abc-integration-dev-defgh" returned the following error for assignment with ID "12345678-xyz-1234-a123-abc1234567": "Not Found"
• Synchronization between SAP SuccessFactors System "xyz" and SAP Event Hub System "abc-integration-dev-defgh" has failed. SAP Event Hub System "abc-integration-dev-defgh" returned the following error for assignment with ID "12345678-xyz-1234-a123-abc1234567": "Not Found"

SAP SuccessFactors 
SAP Event Hub (SAP Cloud Application Event Hub)

1. Set up eventing formation in BTP Cockpit.
2. Attempt synchronization between systems.
3. Observe the synchronization failure messages.

Known error.

To find a resolution, the SuccessFactors systems impacted by such errors need to be internally enriched with the right properties.

As of end of Q2 2025, we are not aware of any other customers reporting this issue, so we currently consider it as resolved. Should you experience the same error, please reach out to Support at LOD-SF-INT-INC and quote this KBA number.
