3614265 - Calibration Display Options - Eye icon when opening the session

• What options shows in display option of calibration (Eye icon) when opening the session?
• Display option (Eye icon) shows only First name, Last name and Count.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to Calibration tab from drop down of the home screen 
2. Open any session 
3. You can see the display option (Eye icon) shows only First name, Last name and Count

1. If 'Show Succession status icons from the Succession Matrix Report' under calibration template data tab (Others) is checked, then display option would show Employee Attributes and Other options as below:

2. If this is not enabled "Show Succession status icons from the Succession Matrix Report'" , display option will show only First name, Last name and Count.

3. If 'Display QuickCards' under calibration template data tab (Others) is checked,  Quick Card would display along with First name, Last name and Count as below:

Note : First name, Last name and Count are hard-coded fields that always appear in Display options.

If "Show Succession status icons from the Succession Matrix Report" is enabled all the Succession status icons configured in the system would show irrespective of whether the field is enabled or disable in Background Elements in the Manage Business Configuration or Data Model.
In order to remove any succession status icon from the calibration session (for example the "Minority" flag), the particular category would need to be removed from Provisioning > Edit the matrix classifier configuration .As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage your Certified Partner or SuccessFactors Product Support to implement
