Symptom

When submitting a document via the eDocument Cockpit for Malaysia e-Invoicing, the document status becomes "Service Error" and the following message appears in the Resolve Errors app on BTP:
"Error occurred during the TRANSMIT step, detailed information: Error returned by tax authorities. invalid_client"
