When Opening a survey simulation in smaller screens, e.g. in a resized browser tab or mobile app, the Products tab is automatically collapsed by default.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
While logged on the system in a resized browser screen or in a mobile phone:

Open a survey which contains products.

Click on Simulation.

The menu with the list of products is hidden by default.
Cause
The Screen is automatically collapsed due to sizing limitations.
Resolution
This is expected System behavior.
It will be necessary to manually open the Products tab in the survey simulation. No Setting currently exist which changes this behavior.
