- When attempting to open the SAP HANA Cockpit from SAP HANA Cloud Central, the following error occurs:
"Load data 'resources' failed: 500 - Internal Server Error {'error': {'errorRef': 'b2d708da5453dcdd91e6'}}"
Prerequisite
- The signing keys of the subaccount were rotated previously, following the guidelines in Rotate Signing Keys of Access Tokens (SAP Help Portal).
- SSO was configured between SAP HANA Cloud Central and SAP HANA Cockpit according to Enable JWT SSO Login (SAP Help Portal).
