It is requested to clarify whether it is possible to set a dynamic sender email address for Purchase Order notifications via Output Parameter Determination or any available BAdI in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, and whether any alternative BAdI can achieve this.

Missing functionality.

Currently, setting a dynamic sender email address for Purchase Order notifications via Output Parameter Determination or any other BADI in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, is not possible to using standard functionality. The sender email address is typically configured at the system level and cannot be dynamically changed based on custom logic or BADI implementations.

The recommended approach is to maintain a static email setup in SSCUI ID 102993 – Maintain Sender Determination for Output Management, or, if multiple sender identities are required, to use a generic sender.
