Symptom
You are following the steps in Note 3463326 to enable Metadata Import:
Allow https access to /sap/bw/ina/ from your SAP Datasphere Tenant:
The SAP Datasphere tenant is only allowed to call allow-listed https services on your back-end system (or Gatewy Hub system).
To setup allow-listing proceed as follows:
- Transaction UCONCOCKPIT (Unified Connectivity Administration Cockpit)
- Choose Scenario "HTTP Allowlist Scenario"
- Change to "Change Mode" on this screen. You need system admin authorizations to do this.
- Mark item "Cross-Origin Resource Sharing" (CORS) and click "Execute Selection (Allowlist Maintenance)"
- On the next screen, maintain the entry for
/sap/bw/ina/
clicking "Edit", which opens the maintenance popup.
For this record, add your SAP Datasphere tenant in the field "Host rule" (comma-separated list of allowlisted tenants). The Tunnel Connection (Live Data Connection) communicates to your back-end system via the the infrastructure of the SAP BW InA (Information Access) service.
However item "Cross-Origin Resource Sharing" (CORS) cannot be found in Transaction UCONCOCKPIT.
