3614536 - Error "Make an entry in mandatory field 'XXX'" when maintaining IT0011

Symptom

When maintaining Infotype 0011 (External Transfers) via transaction PA30, the error message "Make an entry in mandatory field 'XXX'" is displayed, even though the field should be automatically populated from the Payee Key. "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
