Symptom

In decentral EWM, when GR is posted for a quality inspection relevant delivery item, there is an error displayed on RFUI screen, or at the GR posting:

"Unable to determine RFC destination for QM connection; check Customizing"
/SCWM/QINSP095

This KBA describes the settings in decentral EWM that are used to properly release inspection document for inspection lot creation on ERP side. These settings must match in order to send out the lot creation queue to ERP with correct system data. In standalone EWM inspection scenario (no insp lot is to be created in ERP), all these settings must be blank to ensure data consistency and prevent lot creation queue sent to ERP.
