3614616 - Changes of the Carrier Selection Settings cannot be saved

Symptom

"Save Cancelled" error occurs when the Carrier Selection Settings are configured with any of the following settings: 

  1. 'Use Allocation' option is set to 'Use Transportation Allocations'
  2. 'Carrier Cost Origin' option is set to 'No Cost Determination' and 'Strategy' / 'Optimizer Objective' is set to 'Use Transportation Lane Settings'
