Symptom

  • You are unable to open attachments from a mailform 
  • A BSP Error will occur when opening an attachment from a mailform's assignment block: Attachment (Component/View: PMLED_MAIN/ELATTADOC).
  • BSP exception: Object <filename> is not valid in url /sap(...)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame/<filename>
  • URL does not make reference to: /sap/bc/contentserver/...?get&pVersion=0046&contRep=CRMFILESYSTEM&docId=....
