3614738 - Change History in FSCM Credit Management for Business Partners is not displayed

This KBA is intended to clarify the change logs of the Business Partners in FSCM Credit Management.
Initial values are not written in the change logs. Only the  *** Created *** text appears.

• There has been a change in the Business Partner, but instead of the amounts in the 'Old Value' and 'New Value' fields, the  *** Created *** text appears
• It appears that there is a gap in the change logs, due to missing amounts logged
• Change History report does not show all of the changes made
• In table CDPOS the fields  'Old Value' and 'New Value' are also empty, in the field 'Change Ind.' the letter 'I' is displayed
