3614738 - Change History in FSCM Credit Management for Business Partners is not showing values

This KBA explains the behavior of change logs for Business Partners in FSCM Credit Management.
Initial values are not recorded in the change logs. Only the  *** Created *** text is displayed.

• When changes occur in the Business Partner, the 'Old Value' and 'New Value' fields show *** Created *** instead of specific values 
• It appears that there is a gap in the change logs, due to missing logged amounts 
• The Change History report does not display all modifications made
• In table CDPOS, the 'Old Value' and 'New Value' fields are also empty, while the 'Change Ind.' field shows the letter 'I'
