3614750 - Output control Tab not displayed in some Service Quotations types

Output determination has been successfully activated for Service Quotation, and the relevant rules have been defined under the "Define Business Rules for Output Parameter Determination" configuration.

However, the Output tab is not being displayed.

This issue appears to occur only with certain Service Order Quotation types or in specific systems. In other words, the same customizing behaves differently depending on the document type or the system environment.
