3614867 - Deadlock issue: "Related Notifications" popup cannot be closed (QA32, QA33, QE02, QE03...)

• It is not possible to close the "Related Notifications" popup after using it a second time in results recording transactions like QE02, QE03, QE51N, QA32, QA33, and so on.
• The cancel button is not working in the "Related Notifications" popup after opening it a 2nd time.
• After closing the "Related Notifications" pop-up and clicking the "Related Notifications" button again to reopen it, users find themselves in a deadlock scenario where the pop-up cannot be closed. SAP session needs to be terminated.
