Symptom
Customer uses an internal questionnaire to collect company code/purchase org information, which is maintained inside of a repeatable section. They notice that when completing internal questionnaires for some suppliers, a second blank line is seen inside the repeatable section. Even after removing this blank line and resubmitting, it consistently adds this blank line. If they respond via sourcing UI (Advanced View > Documents > Internal Questionnaire), it allows them to delete the blank line without an issue.
