Symptom
In b2505 release, an enhancement has been introduced to the "Select All" experience in Advanced Search for Goal Management.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
Resolution
Previously, the "Select All" functionality in Advanced Search could only select the employees on the current page, not the entire search results. As of this release, we've optimized the search behavior in Goal Management and added a UI message to provide the clearer guidance. On the search result page, choosing the checkbox in the table header will select the employees showed on the current page. If there are more employees in the results, you can select the clickable text that says Select all [n] results to include the remainder. However, the maximum limit of employees that can be selected at one time is 500. Once the number of selected employees exceeds 500, you have to narrow your search using filters and try again if you want to select all. But, you can still choose employees one by one.
Note: This enhancement is only available with the Latest Version of Goal Management.
