3615042 - Missing skills/competencies from Talent Intelligence hub in Job profile content Export file - TIH enabled instance

When running the export of Skills/Competencies data from Job Profile Content Import/Export, a number of Skills/Competencies are missing from the export file which are present in Talent Intelligence Hub. 

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Run the export of skills from Job Profile Content using Job Profile Builder Import/Export data.
2. Run the export of skills from Talent Intelligence Hub using Integration Center.
3. Compare the skills from both exports.
4. Observe that there are few skills/competencies missing from the Job Profile Content Export file

This is a sync issue.

1. Make a minor change to the skills that are missing.
2. Revert the change and save them. This will sync the data created in TIH.
3. For example, choose a competency, add an extra character, delete it, and then save the competency again.
4. Download the export file again to verify that the missing skills are now included.

Ensure, JPB migration is completed successfully.
