3615043 - Cannot edit job profile in Job req "Non-Alphanumeric error" is thrown on saving the page - Recruiting Management

When editing the job profile section of the job requisition, an error is thrown every time Add Section > long description or short description, and a text is inserted with  non-alphanumeric text.

Error is : “You cannot save the sections ([null]) because they contain non-alphanumeric text. The use of non-alphanumeric text may create potential vulnerabilities for cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. Update each of the sections to use only alphanumeric text.; You cannot save the sections ([null]) because they contain non-alphanumeric text. The use of non-alphanumeric text may create potential vulnerabilities for cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. Update each of the sections to use only alphanumeric text.;”

The text is not saved when the page is refreshed. The issue is in both test, prod and replicable in sales demo.
