Our engineering team confirmed that to remove items assigned by an admin, the manager needs to use the Remove button available when opening the item details page from the user assignments instead of the Manage Assignments option.
Resolution
The route to remove items, programs or curricula assigned by an admin as a manger is the following:
- Items: Team View > Select user from the list > Click on the item title to open the item details page > Click on Remove.
- Programs: Team View > Select user from the list > Click on the program title to open the program details page > Click on Withdraw.
- Curricula: Team View > Select user from the list > Click on the curricula compliance status on the top of the page to open the curricula list page > Click on the X on the Remove column for the corresponding curricula.
