3615231 - Alumni name is not visible in the dashboard to a user - Onboarding

When an Admin goes to the dashboard and search for an Alumni Offboardee, their name is not visible.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Terminate a user
2. Run ONB2ConvertTerminatedEmployeeToAlumni Job
3. Check Offboarding Dashboard - Name of employee is NA while the date is available on the dashboard

Admin User does not have the correct target population in order to view the Alumni Offboardee.

1. Identify the role granting the offboarding permissions for the user
2. Check the target population of the role
3. Add an additional target population where the users permission group is provided a target population of Alumni
