3615307 - PCC: Error "company is not valid: xxxx@sf_init when logging into Payroll Control Center

Symptom

  • While logging into the Payroll Control Center, an error message is preventing access to the Control Center dashboard and active processes.
  • Error message is displayed as "company is not valid: xxxx@sf_init".
  • The error can also be reproduced when accessing the system directly via WebGUI from the SAP backend system, where the same error message appears.
