3615312 - Data appears to be inserted into an unexpected partition of a range partitioned table - SAP IQ

Symptom

  1. Create a table.
  2. Alter the table to create range partitions.
  3. Set the 1rst partition/dbspace declared in the table, to ReadOnly (RO).
  4. Insert a value in the 1rst range partition which is ReadOnly.
  5. That value is inserted while the 1rst partition is ReadOnly.
