Resolution
1.Joule conversations history is deleted automatically 7 days after the creation date. Expired conversations cannot be continued. They can only be referenced for past interaction history.
2. Joule conversation expires after 8 hours of inactivity. Upon expiration you'll be notified and provided with an option to trigger a new conversation.
