3615488 - School District No. Field Set to Read-Only in Ohio Compliance Form - Onboarding

Symptom

When the address contains the state of Ohio, the "School District No." field becomes both read-only and required, which prevents the onboardee from completing the form.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

1. Log in to the Onboarding system.
2. Navigate to the Ohio Compliance Form.
3. Enter an address where the state is Ohio.
4. Observe that the "School District No." field is marked as read-only and required, preventing form submission.

Cause

The issue was caused by the use of an outdated form: US_OH_IT_4_2024_V1.

Resolution

The issue has already been resolved through a recent patch.

To obtain the latest form, the user should run the Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job in the provisioning system, followed by an OData Refresh.

Once these steps are completed, a new candidate should be initiated to verify the resolution.

If the issue persists, it is recommended to toggle the US_SWH switch on the Compliance Settings page and recheck the case.
