3615505 - Rich Text Editor was rolled back for Job Profile Builder

• Rich text editor is not available in Manage Job Profile
• There is an error when saving about non-alphanumeric text 
• Facing issues about the max length of characters

1. Go to 'Manage Job Profiles'
2. Click at any existing Job Profile
3. Click to edit information for Job Profile
   Result: the editor for Job Profiles is in the legacy version.

Or

1. Open Job Profile
2. Update one section
3. Attempt to save the job profile
4. See the error "You can’t save the sections (*Section Name*) because they contain non-alphanumeric text. The use of non-alphanumeric text may create potential vulnerabilities for cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. Update each of the sections to use only alphanumeric text."

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed for Preview and Production in 9-Jun-25.
