Symptom

*_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC queue stuck on ERP SMQ2 with one of below errors.
- Requested function cannot be executed - Contact your system administrator (Message No. HUGENERAL099)
- HU items' material posting is inconsistent (Message No. HUGENERAL327)
- Handling unit &1 is already packed, and cannot be packed again (Message No. HUGENERAL044)
- Internal tables do not contain the full handling-unit dataset (Message No. /SPE/VL099)
