3615604 - Memo Records 2.0 ( F2986A) : Automatic Expiration / Bulk deletion does not work

Symptom

  1. Automatic expiration functionality is not operational in the Manage Memo Records 2.0 app.
  2. The memo record type has the “Automatic Expiration” flag set in customizing. 
  3. The Manage Memo Records 2.0 app (F2986A) only allows the status to be set to “Active” or “Deleted”; “Inactive” status is not available. 
  4. Bulk deletion of memo records is currently not supported.
