Symptom

  • SAP_WAPI_ATTACHMENT_ADD does not allow to add attachments to completed or cancelled workflows
  • SAP_WAPI_ATTACHMENT_ADD not working for fully approved workflows
  • SAP_WAPI_ATTACHMENT_DELETE also has the same issue
  • Error message: "msgid = 'WZ' msgno = '527' msgty = 'E'"
  • SAP Note 3359428 is not working as expected
