  • Note: The cloud availability center (CAC) is only available for production / productive systems (test, partner and development systems are excluded).

Good to know: 

GRDC follows the "provider/subscriber" concept. SAP deploys and maintains the app in a provider sub-account. Through your sub-account, you subscribe to the app deployed on SAP's provider account. The customer then manages the app, that is, you own your configuration and SAP owns and is responsible for the code line.
