3615804 - Error Message: 'Validation Error - HTML Report Template File Missing' occurs exclusively on Android OS Version 14

Symptom

  • On Android OS version 14 the HTML Report don't get generated, and an error message appears at report generation 'Error al validar - falta el fichero de plantilla de informe HTML / Validation error - HTML report template file missing' 
  • Works fine on other Android OS versions, like 11, as well on iOS and Windows Client mobile app.
