Collapse/open header arrow is always blue in the new learning history page, despite the same arrow responding to Theme manager settings on the lms admin ui

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning as a user
2. Open the new Learning History
3. Notice that there is a new collapse/open header button with an arrow 
4. Notice arrow’s color is blue, while the same header arrow is always green in the custom theme everywhere (including Bizx and LMS admin UI)

Engineering has confirmed that the issue will be fixed in the 2511 codebase on November 14 - 16th 2025.
