3615820 - Country value is showing as Null when we click on (?) Icon for Compa Ratio Calculation for PayRanges - 1H 2025

• When we defined the employee country as one of the associated objects of the Pay Range to show in the Compa Ratio calculation, where the PayRange is used only for the Country object configured as per KBA (2530482 - How to use the Country object in Pay Range Derivation) is not working and showing as Null in the display beside Compa ratio when we click on the (?) icon.
• The calculation of the Compa ratio & Range penetration when used based on country association is correct and the country retrieved is also correct, but the issue is only displayed on UI for (?) icon, where it is showing as Null.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Compensation Information

1. Log in to the system.
2. Complete the configuration as per this KBA - 2530482 - How to use the Country object in Pay Range Derivation
3. Search for any employee.
4. On the employee's people profile page, navigate to the Compensation Information block.
5. Click on the "?" icon, next to the "Compa Ration" field – you will receive the popup as shown in the below screenshot, where country derived is showing /displaying as Null.
   
   

The issue is caused by the 1H 2025 release.

The code fix will be available via 2H 2025 release.
