3615878 - Error "queryA ETIMEOUT host.domain" is reported in cmrserver.log when configuring SSL - SAP PD

Symptom

  • Secure Connections (SSL) have been enabled for Portal following the PowerDesigner Web documentation.
  • The error "The database is not available. Please contact your administrator." is displayed on the Portal homepage.
  • The following error message is reported in the cmrserver.log file:
       [ERROR] FQDN(host) => IP=IPv6-adress => fqdn= host.domain => Resolve? => error: queryA ETIMEOUT HOST.domain
