3615915 - SSO Login Fails with AADSTS75011 Error Due to Authentication Context Mismatch Between IAS and Azure AD - SAP SuccessFactors Incentive management

Users encounter an error during SSO login while launching the incentive management admin url: "AADSTS75011: Authentication method 'X509, MultiFactor, X509Device' doesn't match requested method 'Password, ProtectedTransport'".
The error occurs in normal browser mode but not in incognito.
