3615967 - Set color for field Not Available For Certain Fields

Symptom

Font Color setting is not available for certain Field like of type quantity, currency etc.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in C4C .
  2. Go to Sales WOC.
  3. Select Opportunities.
  4. Search for a Opportunity ID .
  5. Start Adaptation mode.
  6. Set font color is not available for the quantity type field.

Cause

Currently this is a product limitation.

Resolution

We are not showing the 'Font Color' option for Compound Fields like Quantity, currency etc

According to the product implementation, font color can only be applied to normal text field, not to Compound fields (like Quantity ,currency), OVS fields, links, or clickable properties.
