3616003 - Web Intelligence document based on Teradata fails to refresh due to a TDWM Throttle violation for concurrent sessions

Symptom

  • Web Intelligence document having 15 and more Data Providers based on relation connection to Teradata, fails on refresh with following error:
    "The following database error occurred: [Teradata] [ODBC Teradata Driver] [Teradata Database] (210) TDWM Throttle violation for Concurrent Sessions: For Rule Name 'User_Throttle', Limit of 15 concurrent requests FailCode = -3153. For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal.
