3616034 - Using Workflow APIs in SBPA Shared Environment Returns Blank Response

Symptom

When using workflow APIs to get workflow instances deployed in a SBPA shared environment one of the following response are seen:

  • "User does not have sufficient privileges"
  • A 200 OK is seen but the response body is []

When getting the instances in the public environment it is working successfully and the instances are returned.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
