3616112 - Create Extension Mappings Missing from Integration Settings

Symptom

You want to create mappings between fields of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and extension fields of SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 through Extension Mappings feature, but this option is not visible in the Integration Settings menu.

Environment

S/4Hana Cloud

Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

Go to User Menu
Go to Settings
Go to All Settings
Under the Integration section, there is no option of Extension Mappings.

Cause

Extension Mappings is based on the model of SAP Contract that stipulates the integration services available.

Resolution

Currently, this is only available for SAP contracts with Grow signing (e.g., entitlement material number 8014761).
