3616122 - How can I retain the SOW Bid Response status as 'Rejected' in a report?

Symptom

  • When an SOW Bid Response is rejected, the status 'Rejected' is pulled as the output value for SOW Bid Response Status and Bid Response Status columns in a report
  • In this case, I want to know who the rejected Supplier(s) is/are, but I am not able to get this information when the status of these two fields change to 'Closed'
  • Is it possible to remain the SOW Bid Response status as 'Rejected' even when the SOW Bid is closed in the UI?
