3616183 - Border displayed for Custom Tiles image configured as IFrames on SuccessFactors homepage

Symptom

While embedding content via an <iframe> in custom card, SuccessFactors homepage is displaying a border around the image.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2505

Reproducing the Issue

Log in to SuccessFactors.
Navigate to the 'Manage Homepage' section.
Create a new card and input the necessary details.
Complete the fields in the 'General,' 'Card,' and 'Navigation' sections.
In the 'Navigation' section, select the template as 'Iframe.'
Enter the URL where the image is hosted.
Upon creation, verify on the homepage that the image is displayed with the border applied.

Resolution

Engineering team is currently investigating the issue to identify the root cause and develop an appropriate fix. Please monitor this KBA for updates on the root cause analysis (RCA) and fix release dates.
