- How to configure IP restriction for SuccessFactors in Provisioning?
- If IP restriction is in place and no-one can login to the instance, IP restriction removal is necessary from Provisioning.

Important note: Customers don't have access to provisioning. If you want to configure IP restriction management in SuccessFactors, please follow KBA 2089414 - System: How to restrict access to SuccessFactors by IP address - IP Restriction Management
If you are a partner with provisioning access, you can follow the below steps to manage IP restrictions from provisioning:
- Enter provisioning and select the required company ID
- Go to Company settings
- Look for the following option: "Restrict access to IP range"
- Once you have added or removed the required IP addresses or IP ranges, save your changes.
