3616382 - More fields are expected to be contained in SD Sales workflow Email Notifications

• SD Sales workflow are triggered, Email notifications are sent to approver or Approval requester's mail box. But more information is expected to be contained in the email notifications.
• Standard notification templates and standard CDS Views don't contain all wanted information. For example, template for release is SD_SLS_SO_RELEASE_EMAIL_TMPL which uses CDS View C_SLSORDWORKFLOWEMAILTEMPLATE. It has no field for comments when approver releases/approves the workflow.
